IntelliClear Non-Compete
Policy
In order to maintain the
highest level of integrity as a company, avoid conflicts of
interest, and protect clients’ intellectual property,
IntelliClear employs a disciplined non-compete policy. This
policy evaluates each project on a three-vector basis:

Technology: Such as
tablet PCs, handhelds, Intel servers, etc

Market: Such as
consumer, small business, large enterprise, etc
-
Geography: Such as
the US, EMEA, Asia, etc
IntelliClear’s policy is to
not accept projects for two or more competitors in a span of
less than 12 months in case these three vectors coincide,
even in part for an individual vector. This is how the
policy works:
Let’s say IntelliClear was to complete a project for company
A that involved desktop PCs, in the SMB market, in the US.
If, within 12 months from the completion of this project,
company B (a competitor to company A) asked IntelliClear to
complete a project across the same three vectors,
IntelliClear would respectfully decline. However, if company
B asked IntelliClear to complete a project for Intel
servers, in the large enterprise market, in EMEA,
IntelliClear would accept that project.
Whenever projects, such as the two described above for
company A and B above are accepted by IntelliClear, both
legal and professional boundaries are maintained in order to
not only protect both clients, but to protect IntelliClear
as a company. Should IntelliClear ever breach this written,
or implied, ethical code by communicating sensitive
information (in whatever form) from one competitor to
another, IntelliClear as a company would cease to exist.
