Agency Delivered Relief to Millions Worldwide in a Disaster-Ridden 2005 and is Committed to Future Charitable Success

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colorado, April 24, 2006 – IntelliClear today announced the selection of the American Red Cross as the 2005 recipient of its annual Clarity Trust donation. Under the yearly program, IntelliClear contributes 1% of its corporate profits to an outstanding charitable organization as part of an on-going corporate commitment to supporting communities across the globe.

“We are blessed to have had another extraordinary year and find it a privilege to have the opportunity to recognize the diligent efforts of the American Red Cross in delivering relief to millions of families and individuals across the globe in 2005,” says Eric Shuster, President and CEO of IntelliClear. “We call on companies large and small, to make whatever contributions they can in order to make a real difference in the lives of people all over the world” says Alex Kalamarides, Managing Director and General Partner of IntelliClear.

The American Red Cross mission is to help vulnerable people around the world to prevent, prepare for, and respond to disasters, complex humanitarian emergencies, and life-threatening health conditions. In 2005 the American Red Cross responded to a record-breaking 26 named tropical storms including 13 hurricanes in US, coordinating relief efforts among thousands of volunteers and numerous local agencies. The American Red Cross accomplishes its goal internationally by coordinating with the world’s largest humanitarian network consisting of 181 national Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies and more than 100 million volunteers, responding to such disasters as the earthquake in Pakistan in October of 2005 and other humanitarian efforts in Asia and Africa.

“The IntelliClear Clarity Trust exemplifies the corporate compassion required to provide adequate relief to those in need across the globe during times of uncertainty. The American Red Cross is committed to earning the trust of corporations and effectively responding to those in need worldwide” says Craig Rocklin, Director of Major Gifts for the American Red Cross.
